Hi recently, i had to pay bribe for marriage registration at basavanagudi sub registrar office. Initially all things were done so promptly, and when the procedure was complete in approximately 1.5hour and they were about the hand over the certificates, they asked me to pay, stating that gov fee is xxx and you pay us xxx. I had no other choice since it was urgent.
