Had to pay bribe to service my broadband connection

I had to pay bribe to get my bsnl broadband connection up to the lineman. When I call BSNL office to say that my BSNL broadband connection is down, they would not respond. Eventually the lineman turns up, the lineman again makes the connection down at the office as I didnt pay bribe. This continued for some time. So inorder to get the connection up, I had to pay the bribe.
