The police officer came to my house, and then asked me to fill out his forms for him while he ate the biscuits I offered him. After I filled everything up, he simply said, "aab kuch doh".

I urgently wanted my passport and did not want to deal with the delays, so I paid him Rs. 500, at which he said "isse kya hoga". Finally I ended up paying Rs. 1000.
