Had stopped on the highway to chat with the wife, was accused of public indecency.

Stopped on the highway around 9pm for a phone call and to chat with the wife (she was in the car too). Cop van came by around 9:15 and had me sit in the police van and talked about the place being unsafe and that they'll have to take my license. My option was to pick it up from the court the next day after meeting a judge and paying a fine, or paying them some money to get away with it. Negotiations started at 5000 (I think the actual fine is 1200 per person, so maybe 2400 total). I was in a hurry so paid the amount and left :(.
