Had to pay Rs.150/- for a certificate of Rs.38/-

• Marriage Certificate
• Paid INR 150

The above said incident took place at the Registrar Office in Jayanagar 3rd Block on the 6th of January 2018. I do not know the name and designation of the officer as there are different names written on the desks and some other people are sitting on it. I can identify the person if I look at him and he is the one currently accepting fees for marriage certificate which is legally Rs.38/- but I had to pay a total of Rs.150/-
