I was about to join a Prestigious Engineering Institute in September 2007. After joining the Institute, for the admission of Hostel, me along with my dad talked to Head of the Hostel. He asked us to bribe some 3000 rs to him, and the reason he gave us was " I have to satisfy many people here if you want a seat"
