I went to submit the passport applications of my mother and father. Everything was perfect. The officer's assistant asked us to pay Rs.300/- and got them submitted with a smile. After 15 days, we paid Rs.400/- for the police verification. Though there is lot of anger inside, not to give any bribe, the timeframe that the fight/resistance demands made me step back. Bribing has become so common, that they don't even have a feeling of guilt and they put a very happy face... idiots.
