Harassment made by immigration officer

I am ********** working in saudi arabia, while comming to saudi arabia in air port i got check my VISA and also i got my boarding, on imigration counter officer asked me to show imigration check not required, i shown him the page , he said it was done 10 years before ( it was clearly written : imigration check not required until further notification) he told me you cannot go saudi go back and get it done or pay me some thing , i had not other option becouse i had to report office on same day then i paid him 500RS then he allowed me to go, i belive this is very dangrouse act people sitting on imgration desk are working on bribe bases
