Harassment of people by Railway Police at Mysore Railway Station

I HAD Parked my Vehicle Next to the ATM and while going no one abject me but while coming back Police said its No Parking Zone why did you Park there pay the fine then i asked to show the No Parking Sign Then he said its written there and all then he failed to show me the same but instead he started abusing me then i said not to say a single word then he asked for 300 RS later i paid No Parking Fee of 100 Rs and came out by Receiving the Receipt. the question is why he was demanding 300 Rs and why one has to Pay when there is no Traffic Sign or Board of No Parking? Police there has some agreement with the local Vehicle Stand and hence he is doing all kind of drama to harass the people.
