I have paid Rs.8000.00 to get a flat worth of Rs.10,00,000.00 registered at hubli registration office. It pains very much when i have paid the seller in full and have left with nothing for myself i need to pay the bribe or else the officials will raise objection and never get the property registered in my name. It is my hard earned money and it is my rights to get the property registered.
