One of my friend working in Kuwait applied for PCC in Mumbai showing me I am residing here in address proof mentioned in my Adhara card passport and other documents but he took house on rent in the month of 08/2015 due to big size of family . Now It has been more then one month he has been waiting for police clearance certificate but due to non education getting harassed by police officers and passport officials .We run small shop in front of Passport office helping people to fill application form and xerox as well as assisting in affidavits preparation .
