Have to Bribe to register Residents Welfare Association

Its shocking that Registrar of Society, South Bangalore has fixed rates for registering residence welfare associations which is non-profit making welfare society.
Inspite of having all required papers, if you want to move the file, it cost Rs.10K, else wait for few months.
As the association registration is must, we decided to pay bribe out of pocket to make this welfare association register.
Shameless officials, they are disgrace to humanity. India's average consciousness is falling at a very fast pace. These officials are rapists of the society. Beware!!
