Was caught with a mobile in my hand on a traffic signal. the dude shows me a circular where its mentioned that a person caught using a mobile, his license would be suspended & 1600 bucs fine. Then he tells me once his friend was caught he had to pay rs 800 to get the license. I had to give him 600 freaking bucs to get my license back. Whats the point in levying such heavy fines. The government's not getting it any way. Keep lower fines so that we would also insist on paying official fines rather than bribing them..
