My ration card was cancelled, as i was out of india when the ration card verification held, then the ration shop man told me the way to apply for new R/c like that i applied, and at last they gave a slip with a number and ********** to come and collect, while I was above to sign an acknowledgement, the R/C issuing person demanded Rs 300, when i asked why should i give, he politely threatened me, saying that I can do so many thing with new card , it will stop you getting new card,I meekly surrendered and paid and came out with my Ration card
