Hidden one way sign (it hides when money needs to be made)

Being from out of town there was no way to know that it was a one way without a sign. And in fact I went looking for it and couldn't find one...I was told later that it's movable and is in fact moved and hidden often.

Obviously the police man was waiting for just such a thing. I drove straight into it - Choice was to argue for a few hours at the police station or give the "chai pani" asked for.

If any one is interested - take a left from President hotel on Rajpur Road.
