These days Government asking for Home Department attestation before putting MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) stamp and hence I went to Bangalore Home Department near Vidhan Soudha to get my marriage certificate attested.
I had to pay bribe to person issuing the certificate to get it done else I was asked to wait for a week instead of 2 days time.
If I would have paid more bribe I would have got certificate in 2 hours that's what people around confirms.
Such corruption should be stopped and general people like us suffers who had to get documents in place in time and such moron government officers take advantage of the situation to make money by taking bribes.
