I started my construction on 18-Feb-2011 after getting approval from local panchayat head. (she got 2500/- as bribe for the same).
I completed my construction on 20-Jun-2012, my house being situated in village area was taxed at Rs.110/-, so I paid the tax but the person collecting the tax said that there are certain problems in the approval and to avoid any problems he needed Rs.500/- to solve it. I don't understand how it is possible to solve the problem with Rs.500/- (these sick fellows can rather go and beg in front of temples).
Anyway now i'm proud to be an Indian because due to bureaucracy, illiteracy about govt procedures, intolerable govt employees that I too paid bribe.
