Interestingly when the registar office requested for the sum I kept asking why?. They said please check with other people who come for registration. Everyone almost paid similar sum of 10000RS to 20000Rs. However there are good people too in the Govt Offices whom I respect and admire. The majority are black sheeps who prey only for money.
