How are you going to save poor widow maids from corruption like this:
Hello Mr secretary postal department,
One whole generation has passed since independence.
After many Botox injections and face lifts we the customers are still experiencing the same corruption, rudeness and inefficiency in your organization.
Complaining to the concerned postoffice just makes the service worse for us the customers and we are branded for more rudeness and indifference after complaints.
That is why I have chosen to directly approach you. I am tired of your higher officials appearing at my door step with fake promises of disciplinary action, never repeating the mistake etc.
The issue is my uneducated house maids widows pension was received yesterday 12.30 pm 3 April 2014 under the nandini lay out postal jurisdiction in Bangalore.
The post man demanded 200 rupees gratification after getting the signature. poor uneducated woman doesnot understand she doesnot have to pay. Offered 30, refused and forked over the money after she was forced to part with another 100.
What facelift can you provide that changes vultures in your employ and the ones you continue to hire to change into doves?
We are disgusted with this state of affairs, the corruption, inefficiency, rudeness and refusal to cleanse the system.
