I'm a MBBS graduate, so while joining my internship, a lit of paper work is required. Had to go to various offices for several documents. But each place people ask you for money no less than 500 to do your work for which you are entitled. This was outta my comprehension so i entered a mess with these guys. But later i found no way out. ********** bhawan Lucknow is the place where DGME office is. And they openly take money to get stuff signed.
And to give you a document for your stipend, they will all no less than 3000. I dunno if this is the way of it, but its pathetic.
