Huge corruption by traffic police &local police

Today while I was on my way from a grant to new Delhi airport, just at the end of yamuna expressway at g.noida noida express way many police with traffic police too found stopping and verifing the documents of vehicles. At around 12.30pm I was held by them they checked all the documents. All found okay. Lastly he asked me the pollution certificate. I am not able to show the hard copy. Just shown him the soft copy. But the constable did not agree. Taken my document &asked me to collect that from court. Then as I was getting late, I asked him to help but he demanded &taken 1000 rs. Is our government supporting this type of huge corruption on the highways of NCR. WHAT WILL HAPPEN BY DEMONETISATION OF 500 1000 NOTES. THESE ARE THE ROUTE CAUSE OF CURROPTION.
