I didn't wanted to pay a bribe - but I was helpless

A few months ago, my pitaji told me to renew the aai's(mother) driving license. There was an RTO agent Mr. X(I would not mention his name as it might be a problem in the future). The original fees of renewing the license(i.e. making it as renewed smart card) was 500.
Now when he told me the structure of fees, I was shocked! The structure was
Rs. 350 for renewal.
Rs. 50 as Govt. fees.
And he said that "100/- babu le dya lagte na(means you have to give a hundred rupees to make the agent happy.)Papa as said to make it only that day. I didn't wanted to give the bribe. But I was helpless. Sorry India, Sorry friends. I paid a bribe. ;(
