Hesarugatta Registration Office.
Rs. 22000/- was taken by the builder to bribe the subregistrar(including the Staff) and Builder assured taht all the registration happens very smoothly. You just need to go there and everything happens. If you do not pay the amount you have to waste much more money by wasting a huge amount of time and it takes many months and frustration to register your property.All builders have this arrangement with the subregistrar.
Registration of Sale deed went on smooth for me within just 15 min. However i am still waiting for Khattha Transfer as it ********** take 45 days(per Builder).
I know i consiciosouly did a big mistake by promoting Bribery but was really not daring to get into these vicious cricle of harrassment again and again. These officials are hopeless
