The person handing out the forms asked for a bribe of 400. This was after the registration was done but before we got the certificate. None of the officials who did the registration asked for any money except for the registration fee. But when we went up to get the certificate from the guy who was initially handing out the forms, we were asked for a bribe. He seemed to be a peon who was poorly paid
