I had to pay bribe for passport verification

I submitted all the relevant documents required for passport renewal to the police station.The concerned officer told us that he would call us for face to face ********** with the higher officer.One particular saturday we received a call to appear in the police station.We had to wait for 2 hours at the police station for the officer who was to check our documents.It was shocking to see the officer coming in Audi Q7.We appeared before the officer.All the documents seemed to be in place.When we were to leave th police station,the officer called us to sign on a piece of paper.The paper had the list of the names and against them,a tick mark was placed.We signed against our name and were leaving again.Then the officer asked us to do other formalities which meant we had to pay some money.We paid 350/-
