In my area we build a new colony for rent.for that we ask eb to shift name,and for a new connection for our coloney.but they took long day for it.then a person in the office come to our home and said that he can finish as soon as he but we need to give some amount to the higher officers for our request.they demand rs.4000 to 6000 for new connection and rs.800 for the shifting.we dont have choice.we gave it but also they did not complet it ********** be i think they need some more......wats giong on in india.is there any way to over come from the bribe...i hope it must.
