I have been recently alloted flat from greater noida authority as per draw result of BHS16/2013 and asked to go for Lease to Agreement.I have got sms from several touts/officials regarding their help for lease to agreement, I talked to both and they are demanding BRIBE of 6000-7000 to facilitate the process in one visit instead of coming 4-5 times.Even the person employed with authority are saying same statement so I meet property officer and he personally demand bribe 3000 for complete the process, And also say without this not possible Please throw some light on the same and how to proceed.
