Hi everyone,
I never want to pay bribe but when i finished my PhD from Lucknow. After that i got my PDF in Europe i got my ticket for 13th Spetember 2009 and same time i want to finished all paper work for my bike sale to another PhD student. They ask me 10 time to sign in RTO office everytime they told me you signature not matching.... i bring all papers (bank detaile, PAN card, Phone bill after that too they not agree) after that i told me friend ok you use bike next time i will do because now i don't have time because next day my flight for europe and i don't want to take tension before leaving. But he insist me i will handle after that he went and give Rs 500 money to a guy after that they accept our application.
