I Paid 1100 rupees as a bribe to get my MOD of Sale Deeds with Bank

I was asked to pay 1500 for getting the MOD registration of Sale Deeds with the Bank from whom I took a home loan. He was stating the process will cost 1500 and when asked for what purpose, he was saying all the process involved would cost it. After getting the MOD done, I gave him 1100 saying this would suffice. The worst part is he is not at all worried or feel ashamed to take bribe for doing his duty and gets all the benefits from being a government employee. This is really so bad as there is no clear guidance of what each thing costs for process of getting the work done at registration office.
