I paid 300 rupees for the learning license. I thought it was the amount that was supposed to be paid. But I was wrong. I did take up a traffic signals exam and passed it too. Later I understood it was a bribe. There is no proper procedure board put up in RTO office which tells the right thing to do. I am sure 90% of the people having license is got with the issue of some bribe.
