I paid 40 pounds sterling to the customs officer

• Customs Check and Clearance
• Paid INR 40

I was coming back from UK and when i was signing out from the airport, the customs officer saw me carrying 2 laptops and took me separately into a room and tried saying for fine first 6K INR. then, when i didn't have 6K he said you can pay even in foreign currency. He asked how much do i have, when i said 40 pounds, he said keep it in the table and leave. i was helpless.
