I paid because I was not wearing a Helmet.

Technically I should get a challan for not wearing a helmet but I was asked to pay Rs100 so that I will not have to got to the all the procedures and get my official document (Registration Certificate, DL ) back. I am aware now and wear helmet not because of police but for my own saftey
