On 15th i paid bribe for the verification of the owner of the vehicle who sold me his car at rto beltala to police incharge .the previous owner was physically present there but he refused him stating that it is time consuming it will take time you come afterwards .... after sometime a tout came to us and promise4d us that if we pay 3000 he will get the work done ..i,m keeping my finger crossed as such my work is not yet done .. i dont have much time as such my posting has come...rise and shine west bengal and its citizen high time .......
