My bike is an out of state bike, with all papper clear, i parked my bike beside bike parking signal correct ********** and in correct position; and went for shopping, when i came back later i was said that my bike was taken by traffic officials, i don't know why, i went to the station and located the bike, you must notice that, the officer in charge , an old man, started to distance away from me, and the driver of the van came to bargain, WHAT IS THEIR AUTHORITY? they started from 2000 reduced up to 300, meanwhile the old man in charge wasn't seen nearby there i bargained for an hour, at-last there was not any option than to give the money. We all know that its the game plan of those officials .... Just want to let all know.
