I paid a bribe

My sister is studying in B.Ed. at Mahadev Mahavidyalaya, Bariyasanpur, Varanasi (UP). After payment of all legal fees, they demanded Rs. 20000 as bribe otherwise they deny to give the admit card. Previous year the affiliating college made available it online. But because college administration is also with such type of person, they did not issue admit card online or from anywhere else. On complaint the official said come with a written complaint and with candidate also. Other side college management was threatening such persons. At last I and similar to me all students paid a bribe of Rs. 20000 only for B.Ed. The same story is of all students who is doing B.Ed. from management college in UP.
