Yes I paid a bribe and many more like me are still paying the bribe at pension offices in places of U.P.
I bribed the official so that he clears my father's death pension as soon as possible though it was my right to get it cleared but still I was asked for the payment. The clerks at the pension office say that this money goes to higher officials even to the D.M. I want to clear that this isn't my statement but of the clerks present over there.
I also paid bribe when my mother was to be recruited in place of my father after his death. The bribe amounted to 10000. But this money was not paid by me directly. It was thru some other guy who now no more works in the department.
Though my mother is recruited but still we have not received the medical allowance money 4 which my father was entitled they say that I will have to go to lucknow office and give some amount of money to get my files cleared. Legally the files should be cleared by now because my father gave the application of it when he was alive. Now still after 2.5 years of his death we have not received the complete money. I am an Engg student. I need money for my higher studies but this is not understood by people of my department.
Sir i urge u if kindly show me some way how to get my money back from govenment without landing into much trouble.
