I paid bribe to advance the next date of hearing in the court

My close friend is in short of money; hence the banker has filed cheque bounced cases on my friend the case is running in the court fro the past three month. the bribe is taken in an open court in front of the judge for moving each and every paper in the court. The money is collected say Rs.50/ of Rs. 100 for each move of the case papers. it has been horrible to wait in the court for hours together and the case is not called for as the bribe is not paid. On payment of Rs.100/ my next date is informed to me through the court clerk.
