I Paid bribe to Agent

- New Domestic Driving License

I have taken driving class from Santro Driving scholl , initially i was told i need to pay Rs 2500 from Driving + Licence , initially i made 1900 payment and during LLR they asked me 200 and During licence i was supposed to pay Rs 400 .But they demanded me 400 (processing fee) + 400 (For smart card) + 100 (For stamp) ,when i asked about it , i was not given proper explanation somehow i paid that money and i demanded for receipt , they have issued me a receipt which has no receiopt number , no carbon copy was taken , more over it looks like fake bill .They have not provided receipt for this 900 alone , they gave receipt for entire package . From the Fee that they have made i have noticed that Govt is demanding only Rs 49 for smart card , i don't where the rest are going . I feel guilty of paying bribe and i feel responsible to do something about this . Please advise me how to take this forward , i don't want any revenge of something on those agent , i want to spread awareness .Please advice , Thanks
