I was planning to build a house on my land in periyanaikenpalayam and applied for approval with relevant documents. the clerk their asked for rs, 2500/- for speeding up work as i had no enough time or leave. i was forced to pay the bribe. these fellows in PANCHAYAT office always asks for bribe for every work. there is no control over them by any body. they demand bribe openly without any fear telling that they are collecting the bribe for paying to ruling party.
