I paid bribe for filing a FIR for lost mobile

I lost my phone while coming from the new delhi airport and thought of filing the FIR as I had the IMEI number required for filling a lost mobile complaint along with the original bill.
So i went to the police station to file the FIR, it was not done immediately and was asked to bring a affidavit first that I have lost the phone. Next day I got the affidavit from the court and reached the police station, and then my FIR was filed but then the sub-inspector asked me for chai-pani(bribe) and I just had 160 Rs in my wallet and I gave it to him.
Its been more then 10 days, but still nothing has been reported and in the end the sub-inspector also said, for a mobile of 13K Rupees 160 is nothing, if we find your phone then you will have to pay something around 2000-3000 *******
