I paid bribe to get clearance certificate from collage.

I wanted my clearance from the collage(AIT pune), but the office staff work very slowly. All papers were lying in front of them,but not making my clearance.On the other side one of my batchmate handed him 200 bucks and got it within 5 minutes.
