Like a Kannada movie story, my story is also very common. Appraoched an officer in the sub-registrar office for my Marriage certificate. He got everything done. We didnt have to move a muscle. In the end took me to a corner and said "Sir, give me Rs.1200". I said "thats too much, my friend paid just 300 bucks bribe". He said " Sir, I have to pay every one, starting from the madam sitting in the marrige regitrar seat to the typist who typed your certificate. In the end I make just Rs. 200".
