I paid Bribe to get the tools for my company

• Customs, Excise and Service Tax
• Customs Check and Clearance
• Paid INR 3,000

Some of our test tools were imported from our head office in France which had some packs of test cards and one card reader. Customs officer denied it as excess goods, as each pack contained more than one test cards in it. Usually for a package, the package name should have to be mentioned in the PO or in the Invoice and not the contents. We have imported such packages without any issues before. But this time I had to pay the officer to get those tools released.
