Six months back there was a problem in the electricity cable and there was a need to replace the cable. The electricity tower is very near to our flat, however we were forced to pay 6000 for replacement of new cable. They brought the cable from their office, and finish their work within 1 hr and get their money with big smile. In our area the another wonder is no will come for taking electricity reading. We take reading and we have to give the details to EB office and we pay the bill. Because of this we can not use the facility of online payment and every time we forced to stand in the long queue.
