I paid bribe for LIU and Police verification

Dear sir i applied for a passport.after my appontment my application goes to local thana.they demand money for sending the report.they demand 1500 i refuse it,i gave him 500.after few days a LIU person came at my home .he also demand 1500, i refuse it then he said he not sent my application while i not paid money.i give 1400 .
total passport fee is 1500 and i pay fee+2000 extra.
i humble request u that passport department have take a proper action against this type of people.
