Dear Indians, i feel ashamed to live this community which has no morals. From ancient times we have our solo nature of divine values. But now a days this corruption makes us down. And my story: I need birth certificate for my passport application. My parents are illiterates. So they did not register my birth at my birth time. According with my 10th marks memo i applied for birth certificate in Narasaraopet municipality. Concern officer demands 5,000 bribe for it. I have no choice. So I paid it.
