I was called at police station for new Passport inquiry. I had gone for my Final Year Engg. Exams . I was called at 4.00 pm. After few min. of chatting and formalities and finding no fault in my application, the officer's tone started changing.. he bagan searching for reason to charge me.. after almost 3.5 hrs of making me wait, He openly said .. Give me money sufficient for party for two people.. ?? I refused .. but it was of no use .. ultimately i had to shell out Rs 500.. getting passport was more important.
