I paid a bribe for no insurance papers to traffic police

Insurance of my two wheeler was expired for over 2 months so the traffic police constable stopped me and demanded Rs 600/- fine and at the same time gave me the hint of Rs 100/- as bribe. I negotiated this amount to Rs 50/- Then he became very cordial and advised me to get my papers updated in order.
