I paid bribe to obtain B-Khata

To obtain a B-Khata, i had to pay bribe. Shockingly the actual fee is only 100/= for which after several negotiation we managed to bring down the price from 4000 to 2300 for about 20 people. (he reduced the price only on the assurance that we will give him 20 applications)
Some people even quoted 7000/=. The agent told us that he has to pay bribe to every desk where the file goes.
