I paid bribe of 1000 at panchayat office ramohalli
I needed a endorsement from ramohalli panchayat for the purpose of bank loan on a property
I went on Thursday (17th march) but they saie endorsement and pdo is also not available ,
The next day we went to panchayat
I came to know that he is expecting bribe and that document was badly needed for us so 1000 rs was paid to him and he gave us the document
